Reseller Documentation
Welcome to QwikGrow — your complete panel for building and managing your own social media growth business.
QwikGrow allows you to sell social media services to your own customers while managing your services, pricing, profit margins, orders, wallet balance, customers, payments, API connections, branding, and storefront from one place.
You don't need to build your own SMM platform from scratch. QwikGrow provides the infrastructure; you focus on your brand and customers.
1. How QwikGrow Reselling Works
The basic process is simple:
Create your reseller account → Choose a plan → Set up your storefront → Configure your domain → Add services → Set your prices → Fund your wallet → Start accepting customers and orders.
Your customers interact with your storefront, while you manage everything from your QwikGrow reseller dashboard.
Your basic reseller flow
- Create your QwikGrow reseller account.
- Activate a reseller plan.
- Log in to your reseller dashboard.
- Configure your business information.
- Set up your storefront.
- Connect your free QwikGrow subdomain or custom domain.
- Configure DNS if you are using your own domain.
- Configure payment methods.
- Review your available services.
- Set your customer prices.
- Fund your reseller wallet.
- Test your storefront.
- Share your storefront with your customers.
- Monitor orders, payments and profits from your dashboard.
2. Create Your Reseller Account
Visit the QwikGrow registration page and create your account.
Enter your:
- Name
- Email address
- Password
- Required account information
After registration.
Then log in to your QwikGrow dashboard.
Important
Use an email address that you can access regularly. Your account may receive important notifications relating to orders, payments, security and account activity.
3. Activate Your Reseller Plan
After creating your account, select the reseller plan that suits your business.
Your reseller plan determines the features and limits available to your account.
Depending on your plan, available features may include:
- Customer management
- Client storefront
- Service management
- Custom pricing
- Wallet management
- Payment gateway configuration
- API access
- Custom domain
- Branding options
- Order management
- Reporting and statistics
- Additional reseller features
Complete the required payment or activation process.
Once your reseller plan is active, access your reseller dashboard.
4. Your Reseller Dashboard
The reseller dashboard is your central control panel.
From the dashboard, you can manage your business and monitor activity.
Common sections include:

5. Set Up Your Reseller Business Information
Before launching your storefront, complete your business information.
Depending on the available fields, configure:
- Business name
- Logo
- Contact email
- Support information
- Business description
- Currency
- Time zone
- Other required business settings
Use consistent information across your storefront, payment pages and customer support channels.
Recommended
Use your actual business or brand name and a professional support email address.
6. Set Up Your Storefront
Your storefront is the website your customers will use.
Customers should not need to access your reseller dashboard to purchase services.
Your storefront can provide customers with access to:
- Registration
- Login
- Services
- Order placement
- Wallet/payment options
- Order history
- Support
- Account management
Before sharing your storefront publicly, test it as a customer.
7. Using Your Free QwikGrow Subdomain
Depending on your reseller plan, QwikGrow may provide a hosted storefront address such as:
yourbrand.qwikgrow.com
For example:
mybusiness.qwikgrow.com
This is the easiest way to launch because you don't need to purchase or configure a separate domain.
Steps
- Log in to your reseller dashboard.
- Open your storefront/domain settings.
- Enter your preferred subdomain.
- Save the configuration.
- Wait for the system to provision the storefront.
- Open the address in a new browser tab.
- Confirm that your storefront loads correctly.
Important
Choose a short, professional and memorable subdomain.
For example:
growthhub.qwikgrow.com
is easier to remember than:
best-super-social-media-services-2026.qwikgrow.com
8. Using Your Own Custom Domain
You can use your own domain instead of a QwikGrow subdomain if your reseller plan supports custom domains.
For example:
www.yourbrand.com
or
panel.yourbrand.com
Your domain must first be registered with a domain registrar.
You can use your preferred domain registrar or with SkyHost
9. DNS Configuration for Your Custom Domain
This is one of the most important steps when connecting your own domain.
Your domain's DNS records tell the internet where your reseller storefront is hosted.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- Your domain name
- Access to your domain's DNS management panel
- The QwikGrow destination/target provided in your reseller dashboard
Always use the exact destination displayed in your QwikGrow domain configuration page.
Do not guess the destination IP address or hostname.
10. DNS Configuration — Recommended Method
Only the QwikGrow subscription paid plan such as (Pro, Business and Enterprise) support a CNAME target for your custom domain, (free plan DOESN'T) supported configure your DNS as follows.
Example
Suppose your domain is:
example.com
and you want your storefront at:
panel.example.com
Create a DNS record similar to:
Type Name/Host Target
CNAME
panel
QwikGrow-provided target
The exact target must be copied from your QwikGrow dashboard.
Example format
Type: CNAME
Name: panel
Target: your-qwikgrow-target
TTL: Auto
Then save the record.
11. Connecting the Root Domain
If you want to use:
example.com
instead of:
panel.example.com
the DNS configuration may be different because the root/apex domain cannot always be configured using a normal CNAME record.
Depending on your DNS provider, you may need to use:
- A record
- ALIAS
- ANAME
- CNAME flattening
Use the method supported by your DNS provider and the instructions displayed in your QwikGrow dashboard.
Important
Do not create random A records unless we specifically provides an IP address for your domain.
If we provides a CNAME target, use that target exactly.
12. Cloudflare DNS Configuration
Cloudflare is commonly used to manage DNS.
If your domain uses Cloudflare:
- Log in to Cloudflare.
- Select your domain.
- Open DNS.
- Select Records.
- Click Add record.
- Select CNAME.
- Enter the hostname provided by QwikGrow.
- Enter the exact QwikGrow target.
- Save the record.
Proxy setting
If QwikGrow instructs you to use DNS-only mode, set the Cloudflare proxy to:
DNS only
If QwikGrow specifically supports Cloudflare proxying, follow the configuration provided by QwikGrow.
When in doubt, use the DNS mode specified in your QwikGrow domain setup instructions.
13. Example Cloudflare Setup
Suppose you want:
panel.example.com
and QwikGrow provides:
store.qwikgrow.com
Your Cloudflare record would look like:
Setting Value
Type
CNAME
Name
panel
Target
store.qwikgrow.com
Proxy
Follow QwikGrow instructions
TTL
Auto
Save the record.
Then return to QwikGrow and enter:
panel.example.com
as your custom domain.
14. DNS Propagation
After changing DNS records, the changes may not become visible everywhere immediately.
DNS propagation can take some time.
You may see:
- The old website temporarily
- A DNS error
- A default server page
- Your new storefront
- SSL/security warnings while the certificate is being provisioned
This does not necessarily mean your configuration is incorrect.
Wait for DNS to update and then test again.
15. Verify Your Custom Domain
After configuring DNS:
- Return to QwikGrow.
- Open your custom domain settings.
- Enter your domain.
- Save or verify the domain.
- Wait for the system to complete the configuration.
- Open your domain in a private/incognito browser window.
- Confirm that your storefront loads.
Test both
If you configured:
panel.example.com
test:
https://panel.example.com
Do not assume the root domain will automatically work.
16. SSL / HTTPS
Your storefront should use HTTPS.
HTTPS protects the connection between your customers and your storefront.
After connecting your domain, QwikGrow may automatically provision an SSL certificate depending on the domain configuration and hosting setup.
If HTTPS is not working immediately:
- Confirm your DNS records.
- Confirm the domain is pointing to the correct QwikGrow destination.
- Wait for DNS propagation.
- Check the domain status in your QwikGrow dashboard.
- Contact support if the issue continues.
Do not repeatedly change DNS records while SSL provisioning is in progress.
17. Configure Your Storefront Branding
Make your storefront look like your own business.
Depending on your plan, you may be able to configure:
- Logo
- Business name
- Favicon
- Brand colors
- Homepage content
- Contact information
- Footer information
- Support details
- SEO
- Add/create as many pages as you want — No code required.
Recommended branding
Keep your branding consistent across:
- Website
- Social media
- Payment pages
- Customer support
- Marketing materials
18. Configure Your Services
Services are the products your customers purchase from your storefront child panel.
Review the available service catalog before launching.
For each service, check:
- Service name
- Description
- Category
- Minimum quantity
- Maximum quantity
- Provider cost
- Customer selling price
- Service status
- Delivery information
Only publish services that you understand and intend to offer to customers.
19. Set Your Customer Prices
One of the main benefits of reseller mode is the ability to establish your own customer pricing.
Your provider cost and your customer selling price are different.
Example
If a service costs your reseller account:
$1.00
and you sell it to your customer for:
$5.50
your gross margin before other costs is:
$4.50
You control your customer-facing price according to your business model and applicable rules.
Important
Always check the current provider cost before setting prices.
Provider costs can change.
20. Organize Your Service Catalog
A large service catalog can become confusing for customers.
Organize services into logical categories such as:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- X
- Telegram
- Website traffic
- Engagement
- Other supported platforms
- WhatsApp Channel
- Spotify
Use clear service names and descriptions.
Avoid misleading claims such as guaranteed virality, guaranteed monetization or guaranteed account growth unless such outcomes are genuinely supported.
21. Fund Your Reseller Wallet
Your reseller wallet is used to pay the underlying service cost when customer orders are fulfilled.
Before accepting orders, make sure your reseller wallet has sufficient balance.
Typical process
- Open Wallet or Add Funds.
- Select the available deposit method.
- Enter the amount.
- Complete the payment.
- Confirm that your wallet balance has been updated.
Important
Your reseller wallet and your customer's wallet/order balance should be treated as separate financial balances.
Always verify the transaction history after funding your account.
22. Customer Payments
Your customers need a way to pay for their orders.
Depending on your plan and configuration, QwikGrow may allow you to configure supported payment gateways.
Configure your payment gateway from your reseller dashboard.
You may need:
- Merchant/account credentials
- API keys
- Secret keys
- Public keys
- Webhook information
Security
Never publish private API keys or secret credentials.
Do not send secret keys to customers.
23. Test Your Payment Gateway
Before launching publicly:
- Configure your payment gateway.
- Open your storefront as a customer.
- Create a test account.
- Add a small test balance or place a test order.
- Complete the payment.
- Confirm that the payment is recorded.
- Confirm that the customer's balance/order updates correctly.
- Check your reseller dashboard.
Do not assume the payment gateway is working simply because the configuration was saved.
24. Customer Registration
Your customers can register through your storefront if customer registration is enabled.
A customer generally:
- Opens your storefront.
- Creates an account.
- Logs in.
- Adds funds.
- Selects a service.
- Places an order.
- Tracks the order from their account.
You manage these customers from your reseller dashboard.
25. How Customer Orders Work
A typical order follows this process:
Customer selects service → enters required information → selects quantity → confirms order → payment/balance is processed → order is submitted → service provider processes order → status updates → customer monitors order.
Order statuses may include:
- Pending
- Processing
- In progress
- Completed
- Partial
- Cancelled
- Failed
The exact statuses available may depend on the service provider and platform configuration.
26. Monitoring Orders
Check your order dashboard regularly.
Pay attention to:
- Pending orders
- Failed orders
- Cancelled orders
- Partial orders
- Provider errors
- Low wallet balance
If an order remains pending for an unusual amount of time, review the order details before taking action.
27. Understanding Your Profit
Your basic reseller margin can be understood as:
Customer selling price − underlying service cost = gross margin
Example:
Customer price: $10
Underlying cost: $3
Gross margin: $7
This does not necessarily represent your final business profit because you may have other costs such as:
- Payment processing fees
- Taxes
- Advertising
- Customer support
- Refunds
- Domain/hosting costs
- Subscription fees
- Currency conversion costs
28. Managing Customers
Use the customer section of your dashboard to monitor your customer base.
Depending on available features, you may be able to:
- View customers
- Search customers
- View balances
- Review orders
- Manage accounts
- Adjust account settings
- Provide support
Always handle customer information responsibly and only collect information necessary to operate your service.
29. Customer Support
Create a clear support process before launching.
Your storefront should make it easy for customers to understand how to contact you.
Provide:
- Support email
- Contact page
- Support hours if applicable
- Order-related instructions
- Refund policy
- Terms of service
- Privacy policy
If your platform provides a support ticket system, encourage customers to use it for order-specific issues.
30. Refunds and Order Issues
Before launching, publish a clear refund policy.
Explain:
- When refunds are available
- When refunds are not available
- What happens to cancelled orders
- What happens to partial orders
- How customers can request assistance
- How long support requests may take
Do not promise refunds or completion times that your service providers cannot reliably support.
31. API Configuration
If your reseller plan provides API access, your API allows external applications or systems to communicate with your QwikGrow account.
API access may be used for:
- External storefronts
- Automated order submission
- Order status checking
- Service synchronization
- Other supported integrations
Keep your API credentials private.
Treat your API key like a password.
Do not publish it in:
- Websites
- Public repositories
- Social media
- Screenshots
- Public documentation
- Customer-facing pages
If you believe your API key has been exposed, regenerate or revoke it where supported.
32. Connecting an External Website
If you want to use your own website instead of the standard QwikGrow storefront, first confirm that your reseller plan and API support the integration you want.
Your external application may communicate with QwikGrow through the available API.
A typical integration can work like:
Your website → QwikGrow API → Service provider → Order status → Your website
The exact API endpoints, authentication method and parameters should always follow the current QwikGrow API documentation.
33. Domain Configuration Checklist
Before connecting a custom domain, confirm:
Domain is registered
You can access DNS management
QwikGrow custom-domain feature is enabled
Correct QwikGrow destination is available
DNS record has been created
DNS record contains the correct hostname
No conflicting DNS record exists
Domain has been added to QwikGrow
Domain verification has completed
SSL/HTTPS is active
Storefront loads correctly
34. Common DNS Problems
"My domain is not connecting"
Check:
- DNS record type
- Host/name
- Target/value
- Existing conflicting records
- Domain spelling
- DNS propagation
"I see a default hosting page"
This normally indicates that the domain is reaching a server but is not being routed to the correct storefront.
Check that:
- The domain is correctly assigned inside QwikGrow.
- DNS points to the correct QwikGrow destination.
- There is no old hosting record overriding the new configuration.
- The correct domain has been configured in your reseller dashboard.
"SSL is not working"
Check:
- DNS is correct.
- The domain is correctly assigned.
- DNS propagation has completed.
- The SSL certificate is being provisioned.
Do not change several DNS settings simultaneously because this can make troubleshooting more difficult.
"My subdomain works but the main domain does not"
This can happen because:
subdomain.example.com
and
example.com
are separate DNS names.
Check the DNS configuration for each one separately.

Start with services relevant to your target customers.
Use clear pricing
Make your prices easy to understand.
Keep your wallet funded
Insufficient reseller balance can prevent orders from being processed.
Monitor your orders
Regularly check pending, failed and cancelled orders.
Test before advertising
Never launch a payment method or service publicly without testing it.
Keep your DNS records organized
Avoid unnecessary DNS records and conflicting configurations.
Protect your credentials
Never share passwords, API keys or secret payment credentials.
Provide clear customer support
Customers are more likely to trust a service when they know how to get help.
Keep your policies visible
Publish clear Terms, Privacy and Refund policies.

40. When Contacting QwikGrow Support
To receive faster assistance, provide useful information with your support request.
Include:
- Your reseller account email
- Your domain
- Order ID, if applicable
- Service ID, if applicable
- Exact error message
- Screenshot, if useful
- What you were trying to do
- What happened

Example
Instead of:
"My domain doesn't work."
Send:
"My custom domain panel.example.com is configured in my QwikGrow reseller dashboard, but it still shows the previous website. I created the required CNAME record approximately two hours ago. Please help me verify the domain configuration."This gives support enough information to investigate the issue quickly.
41. Important Security Notice
Never send your password, private API key, payment gateway secret key or other confidential credentials in a public support request.
If support requires sensitive information, use only the secure method officially provided by QwikGrow.
QwikGrow support will never require you to publicly expose your private credentials.
42. Your Reseller Journey
Once everything is configured, your business can operate around this simple workflow:
Customer visits your storefront
↓
Customer creates an account
↓
Customer selects a service
↓
Customer pays / uses available balance
↓
Order is submitted
↓
QwikGrow processes the order
↓
Service provider fulfils the order
↓
Order status is updated
↓

↓
You monitor your business from your reseller dashboard
43. Final Launch Reminder
Before sending your storefront to customers, open it yourself and go through the entire customer journey.
Ask yourself:
Can a new customer understand what I sell?
Can they register easily?
Can they see the services?
Can they understand the pricing?
Can they make a payment?
Can they place an order?
Can they see their order status?
Can they contact me if something goes wrong?
If the answer is yes, your reseller storefront is ready to launch.
